Otto Pizza introduces London to cornmeal crust pizza with a delectable base and a deep wardrobe of both traditional toppings and unprecedented ensembles. Otto co-owners Rich and Tom, though passionate about cornmeal pizza since a chance visit to Dove Vivi in Portland, Oregon, fully grasp that even the best pan pizzas lose some of their allure as they cool. They wisely urge you to order by the slice, rather than the whole pie, so that every bite is hot, fresh and luscious.

At our pizzatuesday tasting on the 24th no one need experience the letdown of a tepid slice: Each of us will be served one steaming hot slice at a time from four different pizzas, the last of which will be a combination so fresh it won't even have existed until we're three-quarters through our tasting.
